Big Quesabirria from Tacos Javier in Playas De Tijuana (fork for scale)


Quesabirria, flour tortilla. This is the standard size for Tacos Javier; quesabirrias are typically smaller elsewhere. After picture, I poured on some consumé and squeezed some lime onto it. Served with Coca Cola. Fork for scale.
