For Recipe :
📌First , Seasoned Chicken Thighs ( 3 cut in half ) with salt & pepper . Lightly coat with cornstarch.
📌Deep Fry or Air fry until golden brown color , reaching internal temperature to 165′ f of chicken.
📌Keep the chicken aside, For Sauce, combine , gochujang paste and soya sauce, mix , add garlic and honey , cook for few minutes until thickened!
📌Add back the chicken , mix well , and sprinkle green onion and some toasted sesame seeds.
Note: Adjust the sauce spiciness or sweetness before adding the chicken. Taste before you proceed.
