I grew up in south central Las Angeles as a kid. Menudo was a Saturday Sunday breakfast. Most times at the local restaurant.
I loved it but probably have not had it in 30 years. Do they still make the canned version?? I am in the northeast now and have never seen it at the store.
In fact – where the heck do you even find tripe these days?
