Honestly most of the items are overpriced but they do still have some really great items but it’s getting smaller and smaller

Their prices are too high post 2020, BUT the boxes are still an excellent value and if you’re vegan or vegetarian you cannot do better, value wise, eating fast food. Except maybe on Whopper Wednesday š

Nah Taco Bell is low tier ever since they got rid of the quesarito.
Nothing has been the same for me. The quesarito was their best burrito, and they traded it out for that soggy, damp, āgrilled cheese burritoā which looks nice and crispy on the add but may as well be a wet rag with beans and meat in it.
I tried to go back, and went to next best thing, beefy five layer, but those just donāt hit the same

I used to mostly think like this but dude their menu prices are just so bad now.
I remember being able to destroy my body with 2700 calories for $20 in a variety of specialties.
Nowā¦ I still eat 2000+ when Iām feeling froggy, but Jesus itās gotten expensive.

I disagree. I like taco bell, but their prices are out of control. I can go to a sit down Mexican restaurant and get free chips and salsa for the same price now.

I listen to a food-adjacent podcast called Extra Napkins and the hosts once discussed how Taco Bell has dethroned McDonaldās as the icon of American fast food. They pointed out how McDonaldās was making efforts to change their image by doing things such as making their burgers with better beef, etc. whereas TB continues to make weird LTO items and reintroduce previous weird LTO items with little variety being added to the ingredients.
