

I ordered the same thing I always do and somehow got charged more than double the normal tax rate. I checked and the Taco Bell on the other side of town (same zip code) is only charging the normal tax. No idea what’s going on. I called the store and they couldn’t be bothered. Sent a message to corporate in the app, we’ll see what they say, if anything.

You’re going to need to call 1-800-823-6235. Have both order numbers ready. They will look into it.
You should probably go into the store and show it to a manager as well, ask them to fix it. They may play dumb but that’s because the manager doesn’t set prices someone above them does. They may have messed something up
If it’s not fixed inside of two weeks contact your state department of revenue or the attorney general’s consumer protection department

anytime you have a complaint, I suggest complaining thru the phone. I have never had a response via app or web form. I was recently unhappy about a breakfast visit and got a full refund send back to my card with mi problems because I called.

Sending a message in the app is worthless. You gotta sack up and contact an actual human over the phone to figure this out.
