Sweet n’ Smokey Chili Recipe
-2 lbs Ground Beef
-1 Green Pepper
-1 Yellow Pepper
-1 Orange Pepper
-1 Red Pepper
– 1 Yellow Onion
– 1 Medium Zucchini
– 4 Garlic Cloves
– 1 28 oz can Tomato Sauce
-1 15 oz can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
-1 15 oz can low sugar Baked Beans
-1 15 oz can Kidney Beans
– 2 tb Brown Sugar ( I used swerve which is stevia )
-1 tb Stevia
– 1-2 cups Chicken Bone Broth
– 3 tb Dark Chili Powder
-1 tsp Garlic Powder
-1 tsp Onion Powder
-1/2 tsp Cumin
-1/4 Cayenne Pepper
– 2 tsp of Smoked Paprika ( I always end up using more)
– Salt and Pepper
-Olive Oil for Sautéing the veggies
– 2 tb Butter or Tallow ( Browning the beef )
