I went to Taco Bell the other day and ordered a crunch wrap combo. They charged me for the combo AND the taco in the combo and when I went in to have them fix it, they said it was a glitch and needed to be fixed. Check your receipts, don’t get scammed!

I take it you’re not a Taco Bell app user? You could’ve got this same order (plus a free side item) with the Build Your Own Cravings Box for much less and by using the app, you wouldn’t have to worry about hidden upcharges for item swaps. Most locations have the BYOC box for either $5 or $5.99, although some might be priced a bit more but either way it still would’ve been much cheaper than what you paid. The BYOC Box is an app/online exclusive deal though so you can’t ask for it in-person.
Edit: want to also add that the 2nd item in the BYOC Box allows you to choose a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, which most people would consider to be better than the beef crunchy taco since that item alone is typically around $3.59 – $3.99 if you were to buy it a la carte.
