Advice on when to plant?

I have some chilli seeds and it will be my first time growing anything from seed (I’ve had a couple of baby starters).

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on the best time to start planting please.

I read somewhere it should be 6-8 weeks before your first frost. I’m in the uk so I think that would be beginning-mid March but there’s some hotter peppers in here and I read they should be planted earlier.

The pepper i have seeds for are:
Kashmiri mirch
Poblano
Aji pineapple
Sugar rush peach stripey
Count dracula
Black jalapeño cayenne
Khang Starr lemon starrburst
Naga
Caroline reaper
