The Taco Bell that just opened down the street is driving me batty.
Every other month or so, half the menu is replaced. This month, I went back, and they had some new taco that is basically a double-decker with that nasty nacho cheese where the beans should be.
I asked if they could just make it with beans instead, and they said they are specifically forbidden from doing that.
Most of the new stuff that makes it to the menu seems to have that crap in it. Between that and actively refusing to make items customers ask for, I have gone less and less.
