So this is my first year starting peppers. I have 3 T5 LED’s above this. Each T5 is 6500K 20W.This morning (2nd picture) they were upturned. Researched, said it is too close to the light. Set them back some (6in away from the lights now). Then, this evening (1st picture) they look like that, looking sort of leggy. What are your thoughts? How far away should these lights be?
