Where I live, we have terrible Mexican food (Erie PA)
I decided I want to learn as much as I can about the food and how to make it. Tonight made Pozole Rojo and Esquites. See below for some pics. What are some other dishes to try? Everything looks amazing, so some opinions will help steer me. Thanks everyone!
