Paneer (cubed)
Red Chili Powder
Salt
Turmeric
Ginger Garlic Paste
Cornflour
Oil
Garlic (chopped)
Green Chili
Capsicum
Onion
Tomato
Red Chili Sauce
Schezwan Sauce
Soya Sauce
Cornflour Slurry
Coriander Leaves
Method Summary:
1๏ธโฃ In a bowl add paneer, red chili powder, salt, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste and cornflour
2๏ธโฃ Mix well and fry till golden brown
3๏ธโฃ In the same pan add oil, garlic and green chili
4๏ธโฃ Add capsicum, onion and tomato with salt and cook
5๏ธโฃ Add red chili sauce, schezwan sauce and soya sauce, mix well
6๏ธโฃ Add fried paneer and toss gently
7๏ธโฃ Add cornflour slurry and cook till sauce thickens
