In this video, I’m sharing a quick and easy recipe using Kamal Kakdi (Lotus Stem) — a traditional ingredient used in Kashmiri cuisine.
Usually, Kamal Kakdi is prepared in a simple way without onion, capsicum or sauces.
But today, I gave it a twist and made a chilli-style Indo-Chinese recipe, similar to chilli potato.
