It depends. If one of those sets were the first or first true leaves don’t worry. If the plant is doing that further along its having to adjust to something it doesn’t like.
I have a lot of sage I grew from cuttings from a mother plant. The ones I forgot to shelter well during the first winter changed their leaf shape to a narrower one and continued with that forever. The ones I took care of better maintained the broad leaf shape of the mother plant
