Buldak extra spicy ramen with smoked pork loin, and today we kicked up the heat with Sassy Texan! just picked it up from a local hot sauce place in St. Augustine FL, while traveling through. It's mustard based, and it's fuckin fantastic. Cheers y'all!

I totally had it wrong when I said mustard based. It’s apple cider vinegar based. It’s also got chiltepin and limo peppers, I’ve never tried or seen limo peppers before I don’t believe, but the I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the chiltepin, they’re such good peppers I feel like doesn’t get enough attention.
