I like to top my chili beans with cheese and sour cream. I bet sour cream would be good on top of the Cincinnati Chili! This is especially true if the chili is particularly spicy – the sour cream cuts the sting of the spices. I am going to have to try Cincinnati Chili. We have Steak and Shake's here in South Carolina.
