There are so few affordable food options in my city, that the line is out the door eavu day. my location is fully staffed, but the app is still designed for them to fail.
HQ needs to get more in touch with realistic time estimate to fix this issue.

This happens at my local Taco Bell every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night bc it’s close to bars and neighborhoods so all the drunk ppl walk there in large groups and order so much food. The app was the hard way i found out after waiting an hour than the initial ready time. I tried to contact taco bell but they didn’t care <3
