  1. Chilli Garlic Paneer
    1. Prepare the Red Chilli Paste
    Ingredients:
    * Kashmiri red chillies (15 nos.) (Deseeded & soaked)
    * 1-inch ginger,
    * water as required.
    2.Panfry 350g Paneer till golden brown

    3. Cook the Masala Base
    â€ĸ Ingredients: 2–3 tsp oil, 4 tbsp chopped garlic, the prepared red chilli paste, 1/3 cup curd, garam masala (1/2 tsp), spicy red chilli powder (1 tsp), sugar (a pinch), salt, and hot water.

    â€ĸ Method:
    – [ ] Add oil , garlic , prepared paste , curd and spices ( Garam masala, wretch, chili powder, sugar, salt) and cook well till oil separates
    – [ ] Add a hot water to adjust the consistency
    – [ ] Add paneer and chopped coriander stems
    – [ ] Coat The paneer well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on each side
    – [ ] Garnish it with fresh coriander, squeeze a lemon juice, grated cheese, a dollop of butter
