This here is the Thermaliser that your food gets cooked / reheated in before it gets to the line.
Food is in bags, so it's not so bad — but there's a catch. Holes gets poked into those bags when stacking two of them together to fit into the Thermaliser Baskets before dropping into the Thermaliser. (They're designed that way).
More often than not, the food gets Thermaliser Water inside the bag and then served to the public.
I personally toss the food that gets the water inside because that's absolutely disgusting. But many locations do not, and many locations also do not clean their Thermaliser on a nightly basis.
