Help, what’s wrong with my plants?

It’s been a cooler and wetter spring after a very warm late part of winter here in Texas and my peppers suddenly look unhappy. Any idea what’s happening and can I save them? They have these black/brown colors on them. And my habanero has a bunch of yellowing leaves (no black stuff though)
