Thai birds eye?

Hello all. Sorry if I am posting this wrong, or in the wrong spot, but I think I needs some help, and I believe this is a good start.

I recently ordered Thai birds eye chilies online, upon arrival, they did not look like any pepper seeds I had ever seen before.

Every pepper I have ever opened had seeds that looked roughly the same, like the kind you'd get from a common bell pepper or jalapeño. The seeds that arrived today are tiny little black beads, les than 1mm (1/32") that look more like Brassica seeds. Google says that an immature pepper can have tiny black seeds this size, but I am very sceptical.

So, in conclusion do any of you have any info/advice? And should I be trying to get my money back? Thank you for your time.
