Cooling Curd Salad for summers☀️ 🥗 #healthyrecipes #weightlossmeals #summerfoods



Ingredients:
Cucumber – 2
Carrot – 2
Curd – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Garlic – 2 cloves (crushed)
Olive oil – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

Method –

* Chop cucumber and carrot into small bite-sized pieces.
* In a bowl, mix curd with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, crushed garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
* Add the chopped veggies into the dressing and mix well.
* Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
* Chill for 10–15 mins (optional) and serve fresh.

  1. i never get the hate for salad , since my childhood i have enjoyed the idea of salads as much as i enjoyed fried and spicy food.
    and salads are so easy to make too and they are refreshing as well

  2. You don't need to have salad to lose weight. In fact too much salad can be harmful in your weightloss journey, and disrupt your hormones- leading to weight related issues.
