High-Protein White Sauce Pasta (Weight Loss Friendly)
1. Prep the Pasta:
Julienne 1 cup bottle gourd (lauki) into thin strips. Boil in water for 5 mins, then strain. This is your healthy pasta base.
2. Make the White Sauce:
In a pan, melt 1 tsp butter, add 2–3 chopped garlic cloves, and sauté.
Add 1 tbsp oats powder, cook for a minute, then add 1/2 cup low-fat milk. Stir till it thickens.
3. Season & Blend:
Add salt, black pepper, and oregano to taste.
Blend the sauce with 1/4 cup paneer to make it creamy and high-protein.
4. Assemble & Serve:
Plate the bottle gourd spaghetti, pour the sauce over, and garnish with herbs or chili flakes.
