What ingredient makes hot cheetos spicy.

So I was eating some hot cheetos and It got me wondering what pepper they use to give it the spicy.

I was expecting to see some type of pepper or capsaicin.

I read the packaging and could not understand which of these ingredients actually makes it spicy. I was hoping to just find what pepper they used but uhhh yeah that ingredients list was kinda wild and I didn't understand what made it spicy.
