INGREDIENTS:
• 15-20 Fresh Green Chilies (Medium spicy or mix of dark & light green chilies)
• 15-20 Fresh Garlic Cloves
• 3-4 tbsp Roasted Peanuts (skinless)
• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
• 1.5 tbsp Oil (Groundnut or Mustard oil works best)
• Salt to taste
• Fresh Coriander (optional)
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice (optional, to balance heat)
METHOD SUMMARY:
1. Sauté chilies, garlic, and cumin seeds in oil until lightly blistered.
2. Add roasted peanuts and salt.
3. Coarsely crush using a mortar and pestle (or pulse briefly in a mixer grinder).
4. Serve fresh with hot Jowar/Bajra Bhakri!
