I Turned Lemon Pepper Wings Into Ribs

I took the flavor of Atlanta lemon pepper wet wings and turned it into smoked baby back ribs. The ribs are coated with yellow mustard and olive oil, seasoned with Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper Mild, smoked at 250°F, then wrapped with butter and lemon juice until tender. The finishing sauce combines butter, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and Uncle Dibbz Atlanta Lemon Pepper Hot for that golden color, peppery flavor, and spicy finish. Make them on the smoker or use the included oven method when you want the same flavor indoors.

  1. I love lemon pepper – is Atlanta Lemon pepper different? I never thought of putting it on ribs, but looks fantastic!

  2. What kind of marriage do the people in Atlanta have with lemon pepper seasoning? They put it in they cereal too?
