First time growing these. Started noticing what i assume is BER. Common issue with these peppers? I have never had this problem with other varieties.

I had BER on all of my SRS plants 3 years ago, but none of my other peppers. Really bummed me out.
I got the same thing a couple of years ago. They seem to scab over, but the chili keeps ripening just fine. It wasn’t until later in the season when my weather dried out a bit that I finally got some without the scabs. I just cut the bad bits off before I pickled them.
Got the same issue with Sugar Rush Peaches… never had it with any other peppers. But I was also a bit disappointed with the taste so I’m not growing sugar rushes anymore.
