They’re delicious! Great flavor. They’re hot, but not unbearable, and the heat comes on fast but also fades away pretty quickly. I’ve got at least another 20 peppers that are still ripening, so I think I’m going to look for a good hot sauce recipe for the next big harvest. I’ll definitely plan to grow these again next season.
