Zone 9A. All my other container plants are doing fine. The scotch bonnet dropped all its flowers. Which had happened in the early summer to my habaneros in past years, so at first I wasn't worried. But now a bunch of green leaves are dropping and other leaves are turning yellow. It's watered appropriately. For comparison my Thai chili plant is doing fine.

Is that mulch a new addition? Plants without the mulch are ok?
To start with, you can’t compare chinense and annuum. Any other chinense doing the same? If it’s not drowning, then it could be osmosis. Also check for web under leaves. Could be mites.
Can you tell me when you water? Do you water because it’s hot? When the plant wilts? What are your watering cues? Also, what about feeding, what do you use and your routine?
