Ah, the most divisive El Yucateco! I haven’t tried it, but I’m eager to. Sometimes sauces take a while to inspire their best uses. For instance, I tried their coffee habanero, and it didn’t really complement my eggs, but after meditating on it, I thought it would be great in a barbecue sauce.

I really like this one, but for some reason some people really don’t.

I really like it. I get that its not for everyone but I dig it.

this sauce is fantastic! i know the depth and smoke is not for everyone, but this screams on breakfast foods and on pizza.
my actual favorite thing to do with it is putting it in a beer. like a lager type beer even in bloody mary’s
enjoy!

Very smoky. Fantastic sauce for steak burritos. You should try Hoff’s Smoken Ghost, if you can find a bottle somewhere. They shut down like a year or so ago. It’s very smoky and fairly hot. Has more of a flavor profile that works with pork, especially pork chops, but you’d probably like it.
