I’ve always never been a fan of sweet with savory. I tried it a few times, wasn’t much of a fan of fruit tastes mixing with proteins.
Then I found a recipe for orange chicken with white rice. And I swear, that became my favorite dish ever on Earth.
Mix that with habanero powder that I make, and it’s almost heavenly.
So after that experience, I’d definitely try this. Haven’t tried mango with proteins yet, so I’d be curious to see how well it works.
I know a lot of people have an issue with boneless “wings” and I prefer bone-in, however boneless mango hab from BWW hits.
Strange, I just had to sauce 20 boneless mango hab on my shift at BWW…
It’s pretty bomb on their wraps. They also have a new spicy margarita that uses a ghost pepper tequila! Pretty good flavor when I’m so used to ghost pepper anything being all gimmick and no taste.

Mango Hab is their one sauce that used to give me the head tingles. I think they’ve downgraded the spice the last few years but it’s still their best sauce all-in
