   I like to pick based on flavors.

   I love habanero (the sweetness)

   And I really like Scotch Bonnet but it can be hit or miss if they overpower the flavor with heat.

   Yes. It’s good. Spicy. Thick and chunky.

   I made wings with it once and they ended up yellow and spicy as can be. Delicious.
