7 ferments in and an untold amount of peppers I've given away. Every 2 days I end up with this. Going to start doing gallon freezer bags now.

Ehhh I’m in the same boat! I’m making beef jerky with what I thought would use a few peppers; ended up being a full habanero and a peach ghost. Less than 1 days worth of harvest from the garden lol.
I’ve been washing and freezing until I get to the end of harvest season and decide what to do. I’m also getting married in 2 weeks so the harvest season is extra crazy!
