The H Street NE corridor in D.C. has experienced a massive amount of development in recent years, giving rise to more restaurants and nightlife across the neighborhood. While stalwarts like Toki Underground are still standing, a string of neighborhood favorites — Biergarten Haus, Sticky Fingers Diner, Po Boy Jim, Fancy Radish, Sticky Rice, Mozzeria, and Bar Elena — and a few innovative new spots — Hiraya/Kayu, Paste & Rind, and Bronze — have closed their doors over the past two years. But H Street has already welcomed another wave of new restaurants, like Providencia and Tapori, that are now making an impact in the ever changing neighborhood.

New for this update: Tapori, Sushi Sato, Tiffany’s Bar and Bistro, and Hush Harbor join the map, while Chupacabra Taqueria, Sticky Rice, Bronze, Hiraya, and Daru exit. Bullfrog Bagels was also taken off the list for now, as the original location of the bagel shop is currently closed while undergoing renovations.
