Notini’s Italian restaurant closing after more than four decades in Bossier City

BOSSIER CITY, La. (KSLA) – A Bossier City Italian restaurant that has operated for more than four decades will permanently close its doors in the coming months.

The owners of Notini’s announced on social media that their Airline Drive location will close on Sept. 25.

In a statement posted to Facebook, Notini’s extends their heartfelt gratitude to the decades of customer and staff support.

The original owners opened Notini’s in 1981. Current owners Tim Huck and Grayson Bailey took over the business in November 2019.

Huck and Bailey said they want to thank all guests for their loyalty, kindness and support over the years.

They also said there is a chance Notini’s will relocate and reopen somewhere in the Shreveport-Bossier area. When that happens, they plan on keeping the Wednesday night spaghetti special.
