Good stuff right there! Keep in mind this company has a bunch of additional sauces to explore. Variant heat, solid flavor

Not sure if you’re referring to [my recent post on these ](https://www.reddit.com/r/hotsauce/s/FHsUya8Bz7) but man do I love these sauces!

The descriptions on the website are a very accurate depiction of what’s in the bottle. The Assam is one of the best Indian spice flavors you’ll ever try, delicious on veggies and chicken. The Oaxaca has a very good mole base and quite a kick, I love it on chicken thighs and beef.

I haven’t tried the other two but their District sauce which has an Ethiopian base is my favorite and #1 go to, so I bet that bottle is delicious. That’s the one I slather on anything I want to make tastes delicious.

Something tells me the Chesapeake is going to be Old Bay, lol. Let us know what you think!

Try the Oaxaca on chilaquiles or breakfast burritos
