  1. Watching from Durban, South Africa. What Vegetarian alternative would you substitute for the Chicken?

  2. The chicken looks fine, as does the salad, but I just don't think i could eat a hot chicken dish dripping in sauce with a cold crunchy salad dripping in sauce on the same plate
Also if air fryers are as many say supposed to save us time, doesn't this having to cook 2 dishes separately for so long each rather go against this idea? And won't the first one be stone cold by the time the second is cooked?

  3. So much wrong in this video. From "fine chopping" to depithing the peppers to how blunt the knife is, the way the slicing goes squint. Then the mixture and food. Offt. Soz, I wasn't going to comment but I just had to.

  4. I’m sorry but this needs to be said in case there are young people watching this video and have not been taught about sanitation! Please never never cut your chicken on the same cutting board as your vegetables. Keep a separate board…. Especially wooden boards, even if when you scrub it wood can still absorb the bacteria into the cracks and will cross contaminate to your vegetables. Chicken carries a lot of bacteria. Wooden boards are better than plastic because of micro plastic getting into foods but keep two boards one for proteins and another one for vegetables. If you’re going to do cooking videos you need to be very mindful about teaching food safety.

  5. Watching from South Carolina. This recipe looks very tasty. Am happy you didn`t add a bunch of vinegar to it. Only thing I might do different is switch the air fryer from Bake to Air Fry for the last few minutes!

And as there seems to be several Food Prep Police here..if they will look closely..from what I can see..the cutting board apprears to be DRY after each use..ya think maybe she WASHED it in between uses? or perhaps even has more than 1 board? I, personally have 5 wood boards to use.

As to the music,,don`t stay & listen to it if it bothers you that much! Ya`ll need to stop being Video Bullies! There`s enough in the world already! Or better yet..do your own videos..I doubt yours will be perfect.

Thanks for sharing your recipe, Alyssa & have a blessed week!

  6. Husband made this last night, I was sceptical, thinking the capsicum would burn, but it was absolutely delicious. Will be making this again! Australian here, that's why I call it capsicum LOL
