I used an instant pot for some quick beef cheek tacos. They were pretty spicy because I was low on guajillo peppers and used morita and pasilla. I've been practicing my tortillas, but just picked some up from a local taqueria for this.
The sauce is hoja santa, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, star anise, allspice, garlic, onion, pasilla and morita peppers, and beef bullion. And I added a little maple syrup because the guajillo peppers usually add more sweetness.

The meat looks super good. I know you wrote down the ingredients but do you think you could drop the recipe? Seems like it’d be a joy for others to recreate
