Peppers

What’s wrong?

Hey everyone!
I’m growing a snack pepper (Capsicum annuum), basically a sweet paprika pepper that produces long, sweet peppers. I’ve named him Thor!
He’s approximately 7–8 weeks old, grown indoors from seed, and I’ve recently noticed a few strange things happening to his leaves.
Some leaves have weird ridges and look slightly wrinkled or deformed.
A few leaves have a distinct yellow line running through them.
A lot of the leaves have tiny white, crystal-looking spots on them. I’m not sure what they are.
Growing conditions:
Temperature: Around 25°C (77°F)
Humidity: Around 50%
Lighting: 100W LED grow light, 15 hours per day
Light intensity: Approximately 3,500 foot-candles
Pot: 20L fabric pot
Watering: Approximately 1 liter every 3 days
Environment: Indoor grow tent with good airflow
I recently topped the plant to encourage bushier growth, and it’s now developing lots of new shoots and starting to flower.
Overall, the plant seems to be growing pretty well, but I’m concerned about the unusual leaf texture, yellow markings, and especially those tiny white crystals.
Does anyone recognize these symptoms? Could it be edema, a nutrient issue, light stress, or something else?
Any advice would be appreciated! I’ve attached some pictures so you can see what I’m talking about.
