I work at a Taco Bell. The training video for this experience said if the shells stop getting shipped to use a regular shell. It’s really lame. They do this shit all the time with limited time items. Our store tries to order extra cases but that usually doesn’t work either because they limit the amount they want to give us.

Just got two today, one chicken and one shredded beef. Mine seemed to be prepared fairly, even though the location I was at was super busy as well. In my opinion the chicken version tastes better than the shredded beef. Shoutout to the location in 98683.

You’re lucky. The one we got was unrecognizable as a taco. It was mushy and fell apart if you tried to pick it up.
