Can anyone identify this? I ordered a grilled cheese chicken burrito and got home and found this instead. I’m not happy obviously, and how anyone could mistake that for this?
It looks like the 2$ chipotle ranch chicken grilled burrito without the chipotle and chicken.

It’s the new Salad Burrito! It’s all the rage. But seriously, it’s just a Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito without the chicken. Great burrito in general, when made correctly (and when it’s actually what you want).

So many people mispronounce both the Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito and grilled cheese chicken burrito to us. I am not surprised this happened

The descriptions for the chipotle ranch grilled chicken and chicken grilled cheese on the screen are very similar. You got the former.
Something like “ChRn Gr Chk Bur” vs “Chk Gr Chz Bur” so when it’s literally 3 letters different the line workers have a hard time noticing when glancing at a screen on autopilot and probably high.
The chicken grilled cheese burrito is also probably ordered 4-5 times a week per store, so some workers won’t even make one but once every week or two and won’t even stop to double check it when they make 50 chipotle ranch burritos per day.

Wow.. About 2 weeks ago I ordered the chicken chipotle burrito and got a grilled cheese burrito. I mostly just get shorted on my orders like no chips, but they give the cup of cheese.

As someone who also likes to sub chicken into the GCB this has happened to me multiple time. Now I always check to make sure they didn’t accidentally give me the chicken ranch burrito. I guess some employees just see the codes on the screen for chicken and burrito and assume it’s the chicken ranch burrito since that’s the only commonly ordered chicken burrito item.

All 3 of my closest locations will make the same mistake once every 3 or 4 trips, now I check for the silver wrapper before I leave the window. Except the one time I thought they got it right and I bite into my grilled cheese burrito and they put the innards of the chipotle chicken. Soooooo disappointing

If they get this many orders wrong, my opinion is why would you want to see them make 15$ min wage? Get the food right doesn’t matter if you’re old enough to work your old enough to understand people want their food right. I always check my order. Hell last time I ordered a 5 layer burrito with no beans extra beef add potatoes and grilled. Got it grilled that was it. Nothing else was right.

this is definitely a chipotle ranch. if you were actually charged for a chk grilled chs, then you paid abt three dollars more. the abbreviations for these two burritos on line are very similar, so i see how you could have been charged for the chk grilled chs and received this instead. regardless, just go back and let them know what happened and they’ll be more than happy to give you the correct burrito.

Yeah, at my Taco Bell, normally when people ask for the grilled chicken burrito, we end up making the Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito (which is pictured) But if you specifically said “grilled cheese chicken burrito,” Then that’s on everyone who was listening. Next time, it might help if you say, “Can I get a grilled cheese burrito with chicken instead of beef?”.
