After two weeks of sending in a complaint I finally received feedback on the amount of one free menu item no matter what the cost was, note to yourself tho it doesn’t apply the the cravings boxes. So if you ever want to send in a complaint over something with Taco Bell just know that they are listening and will eventually get back to you and add a free menu item to your rewards page.
