

i know this is VERY late but i just remembered this happened and now im annoyed again
i bought the taco bell taco shop sock advent calendar on november 16. because it was only 12 days of socks, i should have received the package on or before december 13th. i never once got updated tracking… i reached out to them 3 times via email and twitter between november 16th and december 14th. then on december 14th they cancelled my order and refunded me 😐😐😐
in their email to me they say that “it is currently out of stock” when they had almost A MONTH to ship this to me. i’ve never ordered anything from there before and tried researching to see if this was a common problem for them? and it didn’t seem so. i was sooooo excited to buy it because my mom saw it in their page months before i ordered it and said she loved it so i bought it for us to share… just for taco shop to have an error on their end and not even give me a coupon or voucher for their mistake. up until december 14th, i thought i was going to still receive the package and was counting on it!!!! ugh im still so annoyed. screenshots for proof. shop wisely i guess 😔 im so disappointed
