This is hands down the greatest salsa I have ever had. I am completely obsessed with it. It had some heat to it but not overpowering. It has a smokey finish as well. From 5 Rabanitos in Chicago.
Charred tomatillos, chiles, garlic, onion, salt. No idea but I’m guessing that’s at least some of what’s in there. They use a blender I’m guessing based on the texture.

I’m not sure on 5 Rabanitos’ recipe, but I made what looks like a very similar salsa just today!
