Both of these are courtesy of the goat, Rick Bayless. The heat from the arbol salsa pairs perfectly with the subtle sweetness from the orange juice in the chilorio.
Not pictured is Rick’s guac with roasted tomatillo and serrano. Would highly recommend all three, amazing.
