


My wife won’t let me cook on the stove with lard so this is the closest best thing I can do. Pork shoulder and loin, salt, a head of garlic, one white onion, the juice of two oranges and the oranges, one Mexican Coke and the rendered pork fat from the pork trimmings. Inside the oven for three and a half hours at 350F.
Roasted tomatoes, onion and two serranos for the salsa.
