I was trying to essicate my yellow habaneros and some of them has turned black, I think it's now rotten even though it doesn't stink. Is it normal? Do I need to put it in the trash? What are your suggestions to dodge this problem again?by AAANGL PepperPepper Lovers 5 Comments floatingskip 1 year ago Slice them in half before drying Biggrease333 1 year ago I would toss it, I dehydrate my peppers to avoid this.
