I was trying to essicate my yellow habaneros and some of them has turned black, I think it's now rotten even though it doesn't stink. Is it normal? Do I need to put it in the trash? What are your suggestions to dodge this problem again?

Slice them in half before drying
I would toss it, I dehydrate my peppers to avoid this.
Dump it.

You could’ve said dry but thanks for teaching me a new word. Cut them in half before smoking/drying/exsiccation lol check for bad seeds and mold
