I've got 8 Carolina Reapers that I planted on 13th of march, sprouted in 11 days, used heat mat and UV lamp until the first true leaves then moved to current pots. Due to unstable weather (temperate central Europe) I couldn't expose them to as much light as I would've liked. These are photos of them today. I feel like their growth has stagnated and a few of them show signs of burns/disease. Any advice?
Also is the runt one worth keeping? Any chance at recovery?

How warm is the space where they are? They like heat.
