Disapproving auntie oil or the hatch chili’s would be fine I’d think.
Red pepper flakes are normally used in place of fresh
Red pepper flakes definitely. If you have it though, I think a teaspoon of a habanero based sauce would complement chimicurri nicely.
1 tsp dried to 1 tbs fresh. Historically I only use dried peppers in a chimchurri.
