I just got it and it immediately moved to #1 on my list. Love it.

I’ve been on the lookout for this stuff but haven’t had any luck finding it in stores. I’m about to bite the bullet and pay online prices

How’s the flavor on this one compared to Belizean Heat?

Just looked up the hornet pepper, apparently it was developed by Marie Sharp and is a scorpion/ghost pepper!

With hornet in the name…it’s gotta be a scorcher!

I’ve had this a couple of times and like it but it’s too salt forward IMO.

It’s my favorite, though as I’m becoming more heat tolerant, I’m starting to find it too vinegary. Don’t know where to go next.

I haven’t seen this one in the wild yet. Will keep an eye out for this one!

I was in Belize this summer and picked up a dozen bottles of various Marie Sharps flavors, Hornet included, from a small bodega about 10 minutes from where all the cruise ships come in. They opened up a bottle of every kind I wanted to try and they had fresh tortilla chips I could sample them on. Friendliest people I’ve met in Belize and that’s saying a lot because everyone there is so nice.

Great sauce, very simple but done to perfection. Perfect heat level too IMO
